Rules of good conduct

Any Advertisement, message, Review or User profile contrary to the legal provisions in force and the rules of the Charter of good conduct described in this section are not tolerated on the Site and Applications and the Marani.ma Service.

Prohibited content and uses

Is prohibited any content or behavior:

• À hateful, aggressive or inciting nature discrimination, the contents of which racist, xenophobic or targeting religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation and identity. gender of any natural person or group of people.
• Advocating crimes against humanity or encouraging the commission of terrorist or violent extremist acts.

• Violating any other legal or regulatory provision in force in Morocco and international law (sale of counterfeit goods, sale of narcotics, prostitution, etc.).

 

In addition, in order to fight against Spam, fraud and deceptive practices, Marani.ma prohibits:

• Any abusive report.
• Any content or practice available advertising nature (e.g. canvassing).
• Spam and/or content spreading viruses.
• Any misuse of functionality from the Site to; for purposes of fraud, deception or fraud.

 

This includes in particular:

• Any hypertext link to content likely to be contrary to the laws and regulations in force in Morocco and international law.
• Any attempt at phishing such as requesting documents to be sent to you personal character (for example: banking details, identity documents, etc.) via messaging or a hypertext link.
• Any content that impersonates the user. of a natural person.

 

Responsible use of the Site and messaging

On their profile, Users must:

• Use a profile photo that complies with the rules set out in the Charter of Good Conduct.
• To choose a Username that is respectful of other Users of the Site.

 

In their exchanges on Messaging, users must:

• To show politeness, courtesy and respect with their interlocutor.
• Having appropriate language when writing their messages.

We invite you to remain readable and understandable by everyone. It is recommended avoid SMS language, smileys, etc. repetition and limit the use of capital letters for good reading.

 

Reporting and content moderation

Report an inappropriate profile or behavior

Marani.ma User profiles may be the subject of a report by a third party if the latter considers that Moroccan law or that the rules established above are not respected.
A reporting button is activated. at your disposal in order to bring to your attention our knowledge of any activity or behavior that seems inappropriate to you.

Report an Inappropriate Ad

Any Advertisement may be the subject of a report by a third party if the latter considers that it violates any legal provision in force, our Charter of good conduct.

Report an inappropriate review

Any notice filed within the framework of a Recommendation may be the subject of a report by the person concerned by a comment if the latter considers that it violates any legal provision in force, our Charter of good conduct .
A reporting button is activated. at your disposal in order to bring to your attention to our knowledge any opinion which seems inappropriate to you.

Method of reporting and content moderation

You want to report a scam, an attempted fraud, suspicious behavior or even a  counterfeiting? Here is the walk to; follow.

Report a user from a conversation

• Go to the conversation you want to report.
• Click on "More" and on "Report this user".
• Choose the reason for your report and check the box "Authorize Marani.ma to access to the conversation with the reported user" if you wish.

Report a user from an ad

• Go to the relevant announcement.
• Click on the user name.
• Choose "Report this user" and select a pattern from the list that appears.

Report an ad

• Connect to; your account.
• At the bottom of the ad, click 'Report ad'.
• Choose the reason for your report and enter a message.

Once your report has been made this will be examined by our teams.

 

Examination of reports and sanctions incurred

Upon receipt of your report by Marani.ma, the profile or content reported will be posted. is subject to review by us. Any user who does not comply with the rules set out in this charter is liable to liability. sanctions:

• Any Announcement brought to to our knowledge not respecting the rules of the Charter will be referred from the Site.
• In the event of a serious or repeated breach of à following these rules, Marani.ma reserves the right to deactivate the account.
• In addition, the perpetrator of offenses committed online is likely to be held liable. legally engaged.
